GERMAN VERSION

Background:

The UK’s EU Referendum could well turn out to be the most pivotal decision for Britain and the European Union since the introduction of the Euro in 1999. British government ministers and public figures are now campaigning until June 23rd either for the “leave” or “remain” vote. As the leading British pollster who is also a major player in Germany (with offices in Cologne and Berlin), YouGov is presenting a research-led debate on this important theme.

YouGov Debate 2016:

The YouGov Debate will present predictions and the latest in-depth public opinion research based on large-scale quantitative studies on the upcoming referendum. There will be two panels, in which distinguished British and German participants will discuss subjects such as the key factors driving the vote, similarities and differences in opinion across the EU, the future role of the EU and the UK in Europe, the effects on the economy and the future of EU reform.
